A partner with Gardiner Miller Arnold LLP in Toronto, Mark Arnold is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation who has appeared as counsel at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has served as counsel in several ground-breaking human rights cases in Canada. Mr. Arnold obtained an LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School and a Master of Laws degree in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr. Arnold instructs in the area of Civil Trial Practice for the Law Society of Upper Canada in its annual Bar Admission Course. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Arnold was a college instructor, the first Executive Director of the Prince Edward Island Human Rights Commission, and a freelance broadcaster and storyteller. He serves on the Advisory Committee of the Canadian Centre for International Justice.
