The Honourable Frank Iacobucci is a retired judge of the Supreme Court of Canada and is an expert in business and tax law. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with an LL.B. and Cambridge with an LL.M. Justice Iacobucci was appointed Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law at University of Toronto in 1973, as Vice-President of Internal Affairs in 1973, as Dean of that Faculty of Law in 1979, and served as U of T’s Vice-President and Provost November 1983 to September 1985. While Vice-President of U of T, Justice Iacobucci was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General of Canada. In September 1988, he was appointed Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Canada. He was appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Canada on January 7, 1991.
